Limited Lifetime Warranty
PenderThreads provides a limited lifetime warranty on certain, specified products against defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use. This warranty is subject to the conditions contained in the Limited Lifetime Warranty outlined below.

Eligibility PenderThreads will replace a product, at our sole discretion, that proves to be defective for the reasons outlined below with a replacement of the exact product originally purchased.
Claims deemed eligible shall include products with:
- Manufacturer-related defects
- Craftsmanship flaws
- Design flaws
Examples: Chipped or peeling design, case has come apart, etc.
PenderThreads does warrant and is not responsible for:
- Normal wear and tear of our products
- Damage to your device - whether because of the use of our products or in conjunction with any of our products
- Misuse, abuse, or modification of our product
- Stolen, lost or otherwise misplaced items
PenderThreads is not responsible for direct, incidental, consequential or special damages resulting from the use of any of our products, including, without limitation, any costs of replacing personal property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored on said device.
Only claims submitted through our designated Warranty Claim Form will be eligible for consideration. Claim form must be emailed with documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org. To submit a claim, the following items are required, in addition to the completed warranty claim form:
· Receipt screenshot as proof of purchase
· Original Order ID
· Photo(s) or video(s) of the alleged issue
For US customers, upon approval of a Warranty Claim, a fee of $5 will need to be paid, to cover the replacement’s associated shipping and handling costs. This must be paid within 7 business days of the claim approval.
- Shipping fee must be paid through Etsy, via a custom listing. After approval, a link to said listing will be sent to you for you purchase.
- If the re-shipping fee has not been paid within the specified timeframe, you waive your standing replacement eligibility and will need to re-submit your claim, following the terms below.
- For claims being made outside of the US, we will notify you of the current re-shipping label rate at the time that the claim is approved, if applicable.
Terms of Service
By submitting a Warranty Claim with us, you understand that:
· The aforementioned re-shipping fee must be paid within 7 business days of claim approval
· The design and/or device model cannot be changed from that of the original item purchased
· Once a claim is approved, a replacement order will be put into the same fulfillment queue as a new order. This means that it will ship in 7 business days or less, in most cases. Actual fulfillment time is subject to vary.
· Customers are limited to one (1) Warranty Claim submission every 90 days
· Approval or denial of any claim is up to the sole discretion of PenderThreads
PenderThreads reserves the right to request the item in question be returned to us for inspection. We also reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim for any reason, including, but not limited to insufficient documentation or where the claimed defect(s) are not verifiable or are found to be invalid.
