    Grip and matching phone case are made with the same image but WILL NOT - and are not intended to - line up perfectly. Often, they are the same design, just made smaller.

    Ring grip may not stick to some cases. This item is not recommended for highly textured, silicone, or waterproof cases. These grips work best on smooth case surfaces.

    Once these are adhered to a case they CANNOT BE EASILY REMOVED without damaging your case or the grip itself. Please plan to use the grip until you are ready to switch to a different case.

    Please note that due to monitor differences, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears online. Pattern/design may also vary slightly due to items being handmade in nature.

    Care instructions

    Caring for your new garments from Pender Threads is super easy! Just turn inside out and wash on cool with like colors. Tumble dry on low and do not bleach.

    I accidentally used an old or wrong address. What can I do?

    Unfortunately, once an item leaves with the mail or delivery service, we can no longer be held responsible for the item. In rare cases, if an item is shipped to a wrong address it may be returned to our printer, in which case we will ask them to reship it to your correct address for the fee the printer charges. Usually, though, the item is lost forever, so please double check your address before finalizing your purchase.

    Pender Threads will not refund or replace items shipped to the wrong address, unless it was due to a mistake we made.

    Sizing details

    At Pender Threads we truly want you to love your purchase. This is why we include a sizing chart within the images on all of our listings for wearables. Please see the sizing charts and measure before ordering. Order a size up if you are unsure, or if you fall in between two sizes. Also, feel free to convo us with any questions. Our customers' happiness is very important to us, so we will help in any way that we can.

    My Item Arrived Damaged

    Unfortunately, sometimes items arrive damaged. If this happens, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can work with our printer to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Photos of the damaged item may be required, and our printer may need to have the item sent back to them. We will work with you to coordinate the logistics to make the process as smooth as possible.

    Do you offer a shippping guarantee?

    Issues with shipping are very rare, but can happen. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a shipping guarantee on delivery or delivery time, because once the item leaves us, it is no longer under our control.
    Delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

    All of our packages ship with tracking numbers and the vast majority ship with USPS. If your package seems to be delayed or lost, we encourage you to begin the claim filing process. If your tracking information is for USPS, please visit the website below:

    Any packages considered lost by the carrier will not be refunded or replaced by Pender Threads.

    Holiday Shipping Times

    During the Christmas season, items tend to take longer to process and ship. The general rule of thumb is to place orders by the 10th of December if you wish to receive your item in time for Christmas. Please remember that, while we do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we can not guarantee shipping times or delivery.
